POCASSET (CBS) – The body of a missing tow boat captain was found inside the cabin of his vessel in Buzzards Bay near the Cape Cod Canal Wednesday morning.
The 29-foot Triple J was first reported in trouble around 1 a.m when the captain notified the Coast Guard he was taking on water.

The Wareham harbormaster found it unmanned and partially submerged around 6 a.m. about three miles south of Hog Island Channel.
Two-and-a-half hours later, Wareham Fire Department divers found the man dead in the cabin.
The man has been identified as John M. Redler of Marion. Foul play is not suspected in his death.
