Gas Prices Down Another Nickel In Mass.

BOSTON (AP) — The cost of a gallon of gas in Massachusetts has dropped for the fourth consecutive week.

AAA Southern New England reports Monday that self-serve, regular is down another nickel compared to last week to an average of $3.71 per gallon.

Gas has now dropped 18 cents in the past month and is a penny below the national average.

The current price is also 22 cents per gallon less than at the same time last year.

AAA found self-serve, regular selling as low as $3.50 and as high as $3.89 per gallon.
