Curious George Returns To Harvard Square

CAMBRIDGE (CBS) – The Curious George store in Cambridge will reopen Saturday under the new ownership of Andrew Hirsch and his wife Jamie, following almost a year of scrambling by the city to maintain the destination.

Harvard Square Business Association Executive Director Denise Jilson says when the store closed last year, her phone started ringing off the hook.

The store has been repositioned and renamed “The World’s Only Curious George Store.” It has won licensing agreements and will offer more than books.
