Gresh and Zo opened up Wednesday’s show with playoff hockey on the mind.

The NHL has suspended Nicklas Backstrom for one game following his hit on Bruins forward Rich Peverly.

Tuesday night, the Coyotes Raffi Torres left his feet to put an ugly hit on the Blackhawks Marion Hossa, who had to be carted off the ice.

This is now leading fans to question has the violence gone too far?  Gresh and Zo take a look at that very question, and send out a call to all real hockey fans to chime in to give us their thoughts on the violence.

Gresh and Zo feel that Torres took things too far with his latest hit and needs to be dealt with. The callers line up to sound off on violence in the NHL.
