Reporting Dan Rea

BOSTON (CBS) – City Councilman Tito Jackson thinks so, and has officially proposed adding black history to the core curriculum. Jackson sits down with Dan to talk about why he thinks this is an important addition that needs to be made. Stacy Swimp, commentator for Project 21, also joins the conversation. What do you think? Should the history curriculum include requirements to cover contributions of minorities, or should history just be history?
