HALIFAX (CBS) – Halifax police arrested a man and woman Tuesday in connection with a bank robbery in Plymouth.

The Eastern Bank on Carver Road in Plymouth was robbed at around 11:30 a.m.

Police then converged on a Walmart parking lot in Halifax, where officers located a car possibly connected to the robbery.

The suspects were arrested a short time later.

No injuries were reported.

The suspects, whose names have not been released, will not be arraigned on Tuesday.

Tuesday’s robbery is the third in recent weeks. The bank was also robbed on March 22 and March 27.

Authorities are investigating whether the man and woman arrested Tuesday are connected to the original robberies last month.
