BOSTON (CBS) – Former Lawrence School Superintendent Wilfredo LaBoy has been convicted of fraud and embezzlement.
A jury convicted LaBoy on six counts; five of the charges were for embezzlement and one was for possession of alcohol on school property. He was found not guilty on three of the embezzlement charges.

He will be sentenced Friday.
