Yarmouth Allows Kids To Choose New Police Cruiser Design

YARMOUTH (CBS) - The Yarmouth Police Department is about to get some new cruisers and they had some elementary school kids decide what their new rides will look like.

The department gave the kids from three elementary schools, three choices for their new cruisers.

The big vote was Wednesday. Out of 772 ballots, the new design won by just 26 votes!

The officers will have the new cars by June, so the kids will actually get a chance to see the cruisers before the end of school.
