Bradley Jay: 'No, You May Not Keep The Change.'

The other day I blogged that it irritates methat if I buy something and have a few pennies change coming, the cashier will sometimes not bother to give the change, assuming that I dont want the pennies. Well, they are right, I don't want the pennies. But I do want the cashier to let me make that decision. Who are they to decide that I do not want my change. Further, it makes me seem cheap if I ask for the change back. I suppose there is a chance that I am over-sensitive on the subject, so I took the video camea out to see how the rest of Boston feels about this.
