"Our goal is to have everything on the menu under twenty," said executive chef Brian Counihan is classically trained.

And he puts those skills to good use serving everything from Asian noodles, juicy burgers and flatbread pizzas to homemade potato chips, truffle parmesan fries and fried pickles with spicy mayo.
