That classmate got sick after eating the cookie sold to him by 17-year-old Andrew Netto, who is facing drug charges.

One student said that drugs are commonplace at the high school.

"It happens all the time in school. I know the kid that it happened to. He had to go to the hospital. You shouldn't do drugs in school," said the student.

Netto was suspended nine days, but some students say that's not enough.

"He should be explled because he hurt another student," said another student.

The sickened student was also suspended.

This is the second time this year a Durfee High student has been caught with a baked good allegedly laced with marijuana.
