Bruschi Named Third Honorary Captain For Patriots

BOSTON (CBS) - The New England Patriots have named former linebacker Tedy Brushci as their third honorary captain for Sunday's AFC Championship game against the Ravens.

One of the all-time fan favorites from the Patriots organization, Brushci will join Troy Brown and Ty Law for the coin toss Sunday when the Patriots battle the Ravens for a trip to the Super Bowl.

The Patriots are naming four players from the 1996 AFC championship team who were also part of the 2001 Super Bowl team to serve as honorary captains.

The fourth and final captain will be announced on Friday.

Willie McGinest, Lawyer Milloy, Drew Bledsoe and Adam Vinatieri are a few of the names that could fill the final spot.
