WESTFORD (CBS) - A 7-year-old girl fell from a chair lift at Nashoba Valley Ski Area on Tuesday afternoon.

The girl, from Concord, was near the top of the Sundance Triple Lift at the time of the fall.

She was conscious and alert at the scene, and was taken to UMass Medical Center as a precaution. The extent of her injuries, if any, were not known.

The chair lift tower is about 18 feet tall at its height, though it's unclear exactly how far the girl fell.
