Dear All,

I am asking for a Federal Criminal Investigation into Michael Waxman’s entire course conduct for the past three years, and everyone he has involved, on my daughter Mila’s case.

I am asking for a Federal Grand Jury Investigation into the past three years of abuse, including sexually abuse, of Mila by Igor Malenko, her father, and Michael Waxman’s protection he was able to gain from former AG Janet Mills, current District Court Judge Moskowitz, Dan Despard, Head of Maine Child Protection and Dean Crocker President of Maine Children’s Alliance.

The protection was not for Mila, an innocent, two year old US citizen, but for her father, Igor Malenko, a criminal alien, and his ongoing abuse of Mila.

I also request the Federal Grand Jury investigate Maine Supreme Court Judge Donald Alexander’s protection of Michael Waxman by issuing a decision not remotely based on the solid evidence the Maine Board of Overseers of the Bar brought in 13 counts of Bar violations against Michael Waxman.

I want my daughter back. Mila deserves, at the very least, to have her US Constitutional Rights protected and enforced. She needs her mother. I need my daughter. Americans need the rule of law that made this country great to be enforced.

DHHS Child Protection & Cumberland Country Courts Involved in Both- Same judges & clerks in Portland Maine that we have asked the FBI to investigate for Racketeering- Same Cast of DHHS Folks who are Enforcing the Sex Abuse & Trafficking of Mila.

DHHS Maine Child Protection has a long history of putting very small children with abusive, violent, known-abuser, men. The same thing has happened to my daughter Mila since she was two. I haven’t seen Mila since May. I am a college professor, have no substance abuse issues or any other issues—but it doesn’t matter DHHS Child Protection just lies.

Ayla’s mother filed for sole custody in Portland Maine courts (Cumberland County–same site of the corrupt horror Mila and I have endured) which means the court clerks and judges knew. It certainly appears that DHHS Child Protection may be working with the corrupt judges in Maine’s courts to put and keep small children with abusive men—in Mila’s case her father was substantiated for sexually abusing her at two years old and he already had a criminal record for domestic assault on me and Mila when she was only three months old. He is also a criminal alien-not a US citizen and not even here on a legally obtained green card.

The State of Maine—DHHS and Judge Moskowitz refuse to protect Mila. Maine law enforcement said they could do nothing. Oprah Producers even called Maine State Police twice to ask why no one in Maine was protecting Mila from ongoing sex abuse. Maine law enforcements claims only Judge Moskowitz or DHHS Child Protection can protect Mila. Judge Moskowitz and DHHS Child Protection refuse. Everyone else claims… nothing they can do?

WHAT IS GOING ON IN MAINE? Is there a Kids for Cash scheme in Maine?

This email, that I have just received, has left me shaking.

“…take a coke bottle, ram it up Mila’s vagina in order to break her hymen… Seriously. I think she is capable of that.”

His one sentence speaks for itself. I need help rescuing my daughter and I need it now.

If a lawyer can write an email like this about a 4 year old little girl that is totally and completely under his control—one doesn’t have to have much of an imagination to wonder what he is doing to her. His email is, as always, all provable lies. All the evidence is on the site—so I won’t try to defend these lies here. What is important is that Waxman names his supporters and he names the reports/judgment he, by all appearances, likely wrote for them and they put their signatures on.

Mila needs an army of angels. Please join us in calling for a Federal Grand Jury investigation. Set Mila, and all the other children, free in Maine.

Please call Senator Snowe (202-224-5344) ask for Amy or Jim and ask for a Federal Grand Jury and that Mila be returned to her mother immediately.

Many of you called an urged me to do a rebuttal to Waxman’s latest emails. I said all information was on the website. You all said—but we have new readers who need to know. So here it is-as best I can do when my hands are shaking with outrage that my 4 year old daughter is not safe, is not with me, her mother, and has been subject to horrific abuse for three years now while the State of Maine turns a blind eye to it all. Why?
