It's Twins! Boston's First Baby (Babies) Of 2012
BOSTON (CBS) - Boston's first baby of 2012 is a twin.
Grace Kathleen Grillo and her brother Luke Christopher Grillo, were born just minutes after midnight at Brigham and Women's Hospital
Grace had the distinction of arriving first, at 12:10 a.m., and Luke arrived at 12:11 a.m. Sunday morning.
Both babies and mom are doing well and are resting at BWH.
Grace Kathleen weighed in at 4 lbs. and was 18 inches long.
Luke Christopher weighed in at 4 lbs., 14 oz. and was 18.5 inches long.

Their proud parents are Chris and Sarah Grillow of Wellesley.
Proud papa Chris said he was surprised to learn that the twins were the first of the year.
"That was just an added bonus," he told WBZ NewsRadio 1030's Mark Katic.
SOUTH COAST
Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River boasted the first South Coast Region baby of the year at 1:11 a.m.
Amanda Rego and Thelmo Rego, of Fall River, had a baby boy, Ashton Rego, weighing 9 lbs., 4 oz. and measured 19.5 inches long.
He is the couple's first child.
St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford welcomed its first baby of the year, a boy at 9:00 a.m.
Charles Scott Gonneville was born to Brooke Amarantes and Timithy Gonneville of New Bedford.
Charles weighs 8 lbs., 10 oz and is 23 inches long. He's the couple's second child.
