Mass. Man Accused Of Pulling Gun During NH Road Rage Incident

SANBORNTON, N.H. (AP) — New Hampshire police are charging a Massachusetts man with pointing a gun at another driver in a road rage incident on Interstate 93 north.

State police say on Thursday night a driver called to say another driver had pointed a handgun equipped with a laser sight at him as the two vehicles were heading north in Sanbornton.

Police charged 48-year-old John Spyros Priovolos of Medfield, Mass., with criminal threatening and driving without a valid license. He was released on his own recognizance.

Priovolos will appear in court at a later date.
