Mass. Home Sales Rebound, Prices Fall

BOSTON (CBS) - November home sales in Massachusetts sprung to life with a 13% increase compared to the same month a year ago.

The Massachusetts Association of Realtors says the increase in sales springs from higher employment numbers and the state's economic recovery.

But the Warren Group says median selling prices are still falling.

The median selling price for the state is down to $271,000, down from $295,000 a year ago.
