Boston Court Officer Charged With Raping Two Female Prisoners

BOSTON (CBS) - A bailiff at Boston Municipal Court has been charged with raping two female prisoners.

Michael Rubino of Braintree is accused in three incidents that happened in the court building; two in a courtroom and one in an elevator.

Rubino was arraigned Friday and is free on $2,000 bail.

Rubino had worked as a court officer for five years at the courthouse.

He had been on administrative leave with pay since September and has now been suspended without pay pending the outcome of the case.
