I believe Tim Tebow's religious displays are a passive-aggessive form of "excessive celebration"and he should be penalized for them.

It is a performance, and if other post-big play performances are penalized, then his should be too.

How would it do over if a player gave thanks by praying facing Mecca, praising Allah, after each great play?
How would it go over if a student in a crowded classroom Tebowed after getting a good grade?
What if you Tebowed at work when you landed a big account?

Tim's performance infers that God aided him at his opponents expense, but I thought God loved us all equally.
Hey Tebow, different folks have different relationships with God and I need you to stop using the NFL stage to flaunt yours.
If Tebow's actions are tolerated, then the NFL has to remove restrictions on other end zone acts.
The NFL needs to throw the flag at Tim Tebow.
