Coworkers Raise Money For Woman Battling Cancer
WALTHAM (CBS) – Most people have been touched in some way by cancer.
Sometimes someone we love, other times someone we just see everyday.
Most days Jonathan Elias starts his day off with a big Dunkin Donuts coffee.
The crew is always helpful and cheerful. He noticed one woman, Linda Firmino, lost her hair, but not her smile.
She's battling cancer and undergoing treatments but has never missed work and never complained.
Her coworkers are raising money for an upcoming operation.
They have opened a bank account to help her.
