Boston Building Fetches Megabucks
BOSTON (CBS) - One of the city's landmark properties is being sold for a price that's turning a lot of heads.
Exchange Place, the 40-story tower on State Street, is being sold by Brookfield Properties to UBS Investments of Switzerland and the price is one for the books: $600 million.
The sale is being called one of the biggest in the country this year.
