ANDOVER (CBS) – The husband runs the kitchen. The wife runs the dining room. And customers run from all over New England to Yella in Andover.
“It’s a Modern Mediterranean Grill. It’s Lebanese inspired. But it has influences from all over the Mediterranean: Greek food, Italian food, pretty much if you’re on the water in the Mediterranean, you may see it on our menu,” said Danielle Berdahn.
Danielle and Carlo Berdahn have created a stylish space with floor-to-ceiling windows and candle light, giving their guests a real feeling of comfort.
Carlo cooks more than just the cuisine of his homeland in Lebanon. Some of his specialties include pan-seared salmon, a grilled ribeye with wild mushrooms, and plump sea scallops over truffled risotto.
