BOSTON (CBS) – A group called ‘Anonymous’ says it hacked into several websites associated with the Boston police department.

The group claims to have attacked the Boston police patrolman’s association website and email portal.

The group says it posted names, email addresses and the passwords of BPD members.

‘Anonymous’ says it attacked the websites in response to the city’s unprovoked arrests of the Occupy Boston protesters last week.

The group says it attacked at least 40 police-related websites all over the country.

Boston police have acknowledged the attacks, saying various sites were compromised.

BPD says it is tightening security on its network. They are also recommending that officers change their email passwords.

Wow, if they can hack into a Boston Police Website it certainly doesn’t make me feel to safe that’s for sure. What next, searching for let’s say social security numbers, and that puts us all at risk.

How is this proof of anything? The hackers haven’t been identified as having anything to do with the Occupy movement. Lots of people have bones to pick with the police (firemen, for instance).

These ‘occupirers’ are quickly turning into a bunch of losers…..

They’re a 21st century version of ‘Woodstock’, at least the ‘Woodstockians’ of the 60′s cleaned up after themselves, could write, didn’t need ‘spell check’ & could make change, they made it quite nicely through life, ‘without’ a calculator!

Very soon ‘Mother Nature’ will take these pampered ‘gimmiecrates’ by the ‘scruff’ of their necks & send them packing….&….Some to the ‘SLAMMER’!
