Bullet Fired Into Ipswich Home
IPSWICH (CBS) - Police are still searching for suspects and more clues into a house shooting in Ipswich.
So far, Ipswich police are still stumped as to who fired a .22-caliber bullet into a house on Mile Lane on Tuesday night.
Sometime after 10:30 p.m., a woman was upstairs brushing her teeth when she heard a loud bang. She ran downstairs and saw a hole in the wall of her house.

She looked outside and saw a dark, mid-size sedan pull away.
Police said the bullet entered the home about 15 feet off the ground, crossed a living area into a hall closet.
Officers have recovered the shell, but otherwise are not commenting on the case or releasing the 911 tape.
