In the last game of the season, the Red Sox are fighting for their lives as they are tied with the Tampa Bay Rays in the AL Wild Card. If they lose and the Rays win, the Red Sox collapse is complete. If both teams win, then a one-game playoff will take place tomorrow night in Tampa.

Gresh & Zo touch base on rookie catcher Ryan Lavarnway and his impact on the lineup last night as he blasted a pair of homers. Should manager Terry Francona go with the hot bat in Lavarnway? Or should he remain consistent and stick with Jarrod Saltalamacchia?
