FOXBORO (CBS) – It’s no secret that New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick is a big Bon Jovi fan.
Wednesday, the rock star got to take in the Pats practice.
Jon Bon Jovi was on hand as the Patriots hit the field, getting ready for their preseason matchup with the Detroit Lions Saturday night. This is the second year in a row Bon Jovi has attended a session, and Bill Belichick is known for blasting a few Jovi tunes during practice every now and then.
Jovi wasn’t the only celebrity guest on hand. Boston College hockey coach Jerry York also took in the practice as well. Before last season, York had Belichick give his Eagles a pep-talk about repeating as NCAA Champions.
It’s no surprise that with the Pats making waves that friends are coming out to see them practice.
