WILMINGTON (CBS) – Massachusetts State Police have cleared the scene of a fatal crash on Route 93 in Wilmington.
A truck rolled over into the median and there were significant traffic backups on Route 93 both north and south.
Police say the crash involved a box truck and van. One person in the truck was transported to Lahey Clinic where he was pronounced dead. It is not clear whether he was the driver or the passenger.
A person in the van was also transported to the hospital.
Route 93 South was shut down for about two hours and traffic was being diverted off at the Concord Street Exit.
