MANCHESTER, NH (CBS) – A 40-year-old New Hampshire woman has been charged with robbing a 14-year-old girl at gunpoint in a dispute over a bicycle.

Officers say the teenager was riding a friend’s bike on Ash Street in Manchester, NH.

At one point, the friend’s neighbor, 40-year-old Kelley Feeley came out of her apartment and accused the girl of stealing the bike from her daughter.

Witnesses told police that Feeley demanded she be allowed to inspect bicycle.

When the girl denied that she stole the bike and refused to hand it over, police say Feeley pulled a gun, pointed it at the girl’s neck, and took the bike.

Officers later seized the disputed bicycle from Feeley’s apartment along with several guns.

Feeley is charged with robbery.

Real question is whether the bike was in fact stolen from the woman’s daughter…. if it was then there was no robbery simply a citizen doing what the police will not do – protect citizens’ property.

The legal route if someone steals your bike is, “you can come down to the police station and fill out a form.”

The police don’t bother doing anything if something as trivial as a bike is stolen, there is no money to be made by the police station… now drive 1 mph over the limit and they will be on you like democrats on a bribe.

Story says “the teenager was riding a friend’s bike.” No reason to think it was the gun-totin’ mother’s daughter’s bike.

Even if it was her daughter’s bike, it’s still absolutely insane to pull a gun on a 14-year-old girl over a bike.

The only good from this story is that illegal guns were removed from this maniac’s house. Children riding their own bikes and enjoying their own property are a lot safer today.
