FRAMINGHAM (CBS) – One of the effects of a down-economy has been an increased interest in state colleges and universities, which offer many of the benefits for less money.
Over the past couple of years Framingham State University has seen its enrollment climb to record numbers.

This year Framingham State is opening up a huge new residence hall to help accommodate the growing numbers of students.
