Lester Set To Start For Red Sox On July 26 Against Royals
BOSTON (CBS) - Jon Lester is just one of a number of injured Red Sox starters, but he's finally set to make his return.
Lester, who has not pitched since July 5 against the Blue Jays, is scheduled to start on Tuesday, July 26 against the Kansas City Royals, according to WBZ NewsRadio 1030's Jonny Miller.
Lester has been recovering from a strained left lat muscle.
The All-Star is 10-4 with a 3.31 ERA and 110 strikeouts this year.
