BOSTON (CBS) - Portions of the energy law passed in 2007 regulating light bulb efficiencies are about to kick in, and would take most incandescent light bulbs off the shelves. Amy Ridenour, President of the National Center for Public Policy Research, joins Dan to talk about some serious concerns in forcing Americans to make the lighting switch.
