WAYLAND (CBS) – Lauren Astley dated Nate Fujita on and off for three years, and had a friendly relationship with his family.
On Facebook, Astley was even a fan of Fujita father’s music page, and when Astley had to interview someone for a school project, she turned to him.
The video, seen on YouTube, shows Astley interviewing Fujita’s father Tomo for a school project.
The topic was Tomo Fujita himself. He was portrayed as an immigrant from Japan coming to America, establishing himself and living his dream.
WBZ-TV’s Kate Merrill reports.
Tomo Fujita has worked with famous musicians like John Mayer and Randy Jackson. The well-respected artist told Astley that passion is the most important part in music.
The video shows a friendly relationship between the teenager and Tomo Fujita, and why not? Astley dated their oldest son Nate off and on for three years.
WBZ NewsRadio 1030′s Rod Fritz reports.
Recently, the couple had split up. Middlesex District Attorney said Tuesday that Astley was both strangled and stabbed in the neck.
