Survey: Boston's Commercial Real Estate Market Showing Signs Of Growth
BOSTON (CBS) - A new survey shows Boston's commercial real estate market is showing some growth signs.
FHO Partners finds that for the second quarter in a row, downtown Boston experienced a net increase in occupied office space.
Duncan Gratton at FHO Partners said more companies are moving from the suburbs into Boston -- especially young tech companies that want to be close to each other, where a young work force can be easily attracted.
