BOSTON (CBS) – A new survey shows Boston’s commercial real estate market is showing some growth signs.

FHO Partners finds that for the second quarter in a row, downtown Boston experienced a net increase in occupied office space.

Duncan Gratton at FHO Partners said more companies are moving from the suburbs into Boston — especially young tech companies that want to be close to each other, where a young work force can be easily attracted.
