State Rep. Investigated, Reportedly Over Allegations Of Inappropriate Conduct

BEACON HILL (CBS) – A freshman State Representative is reportedly being investigated over allegations of inappropriate conduct.

WBZ-TV Political Editor Jon Keller confirmed that House Speaker Robert DeLeo has launched a review involving Democratic Rep. Mark Cusack.

According to the State House News Service, the review is over an incident where a court officer found Cusack and another lawmaker’s female aide in the House chamber after a budget session in April.

DeLeo’s review will also look into reports that Cusack gave the name of another lawmaker to the court officer.

The 26-year-old Cusack is from Braintree.

He was elected to the House in 2010. He represents the 5th Norfolk District.

Hey, let’s give this guy some credit here. Instead of using government computers, servers and phones to email, tweet or text pictures of his junk he just brought the young lady into a government storage room to show her. Think of the money he saved us in data plan minutes!……… Said with a yawn and eye roll.

It would help just a wee bit if there had been a description of just what was so “inappropriate”, even though it’s not too difficult to figure out. This fellow does have a future in politics since when he got caught, he put the blame on some other guy whose name just happened to pop into his head. What a mook!
