BOSTON (CBS) – Two Bruins fans have donated prize money they won at Game 3 to a very worthy cause.

Joyce Eby and her husband won $10,000 in the 50-50 raffle at Game 3 at the TD Garden on Monday night.

The Braintree couple decided to donate all the money to the Red Cross to help the tornado victims in western Massachusetts.

WBZ-TV’s Jonathan Elias reports.

“This is our state. This is Massachusetts. We need to stick together and take care of each other,” said Joyce Eby.

Eby also said she’s hoping the good karma might bring the Bruins some good luck in the Stanley Cup Finals.

The Bruins, in return, said they will give Eby a jersey autographed by the whole team.
