In honor of the Royal Wedding, Phil Budden, the British Consul General to New England will offer a special toast to Will and Kate, and 2 lucky guests will win royally – either a sapphire and diamond ring inspired by the Royal Engagement ring or a Longines men’s watch fit for a prince!
