BOSTON (CBS) – Gasoline prices continue to creep up, and on Friday, at least one in the Boston area had broken the $4.00 mark.
The Shell Gas Station on Columbus Ave in Boston was charging $4.09 (cash) or $4.21 (credit) for regular unleaded.

According to AAA Southern New England, at the beginning of the week, a gallon of self-serve, regular unleaded was averaging $3.67 per gallon.

hey wbz.. look at towns on the south shore… The shell station on Bridge Street in Weymouth MA was charging over $4 dollars about a week ago. It is not just prices in Boston that we care about…
