2 Arrested For Dousing Hanover Clerk With Lighter Fluid
HANOVER (CBS) - Police believe they have caught the robber who doused a store clerk in lighter fluid last month.
The 19-year-old clerk was not hurt in the robbery at a Hanover convenience store in March, but she did get quite a scare when James Desjardin allegedly threatened to light her on fire.
Desjardin, a homeless man who has been staying at a shelter in Quincy, was arrested last Thursday. Officers said he bragged about the robbery to someone at that shelter.
Another homeless man, Kenneth Gosselin III, has been arrested as an alleged accomplice.
