With lefty CJ Wilson on the hill for the Rangers, the lineup looks a little different than it normally will against a right-handed pitcher. Kevin Youkilis and Adrian Gonzalez will likely flip-flop against righties, and JD Drew will replace Cameron in right field.

Daaaangerous lineup, I’d say! GO SOX!

  2. Mike says:

Now if they can ALL stay healthy we MAY have a shot!!!

  3. Play to Win says:

Gonzo will not see one decent pitch to hit all day with Ortiz behnd him. Why is Ortiz playing against CJ Wilson? Are we afraid of hurting his feelings if we DH Darnell? Papi won’t even be able to make eye contact with Wilson. Gonzo will feel like he’s back in San Diego being pitched around. Unbeilevable. The season hasn’t even started yet and the Sox already have my stress level high.

      1. Play to Win says:

What do you mean get over myself? Did I insinuate that I woud be a better option to bat behind Gonzo? We’re talking sports here, missy. Move along

    2. Oscar G. Budlabweeack says:

Jumping the gun a little, aren’t we? Sounds like you’re just itching for an excuse to call the Big (Boring) Show on WEEI and cry that the sky is falling. Unfortunately for you, no one will hear you when they do because there will be a handful of coronary cases yelling over you.

  4. Mike says:

JD Drew’s not in the opening day lineup?! Love it!!

  5. jarrod l says:
