Stop Sticks Bring I-95 Police Chase To An End

NEWBURY (CBS) - State police, assisting Woburn police, used stop sticks to pull over a woman driving a Toyota Corolla with no license plates on I-95 north in Newbury Thursday morning.

Troopers arrested 49-year-old Louise Nelson and charged her with failure to stop. She also faces numerous charges with Woburn Police.

The stop sticks punctured the car's two front tires, and Nelson then pulled over near Exit 56 in Newbury.

Nelson was driving with a suspended license in a vehicle she just bought on Wednesday, according to police.
