HANOVER (CBS) – A family in Hanover had a close call when a driver nearly ran them down outside their home on Tuesday.
WBZ-TV’s Ken Macleod reports
Dr. Tim Curran managed to get his kids out of the way, just in time.
“I was like shaking with fear,” said daughter, Laura.
The car slammed into the family’s home on Webster Street. But even that didn’t stop the driver from taking off.
Rockland police had been trying to catch the woman behind the wheel, but at some point called off the chase.
Police say they know who the driver was and she will end up facing charges.
