Girl Scouts and soldiers packed up cookies Saturday that will be sent to troops overseas.
BEDFORD (CBS) — Girl Scouts are joining forces with soldiers at Hanscom Air Force Base to ship hundreds of boxes of donated Girl Scout cookies to soldiers overseas.
Soldiers who have been on the receiving end of the donation say it’s great to get the gift.
And the Girl Scouts say it’s good for the young girls to see women in the military.
