BOSTON (CBS) – How do you run a convenience store when most of your customers are homeless? 

That’s what WBZ NewsRadio 1030’s Carl Stevens tried to find out as he visited with the owner of Downtown Convenience in Downtown Boston (on Boylston Street), across from the St. Francis House, which is a homeless shelter.
