Goat-Toting New Hampshire Lawmaker Resigns
EPPING, N.H. (AP) - A selectman in Epping, N.H., who brought his pet goat to Town Hall has resigned.
Town officials said that a month ago, now-former Selectman Rene Archambault decided to take his pet goat into Town Hall for a visit. But the goat apparently urinated on a carpet
Archambault reportedly cited health reasons in his resignation from the board of selectmen. A year ago, Archambault was censured after he was accused of making rude remarks to a town employee.
