Local Hospitals Saw Financial Rebound In 2010

BOSTON (CBS) - Many local hospitals saw their finances rebound in a big way in 2010, after a tough 2009.

High patient volume, improved investment performance and cost management combined to paint a brighter money picture. Research hospitals also saw an increase in federal grants.
