NStar And Northeast Utilities Merger Makes Sense
Northeast Utilities is buying NStar for about $4 billion in stock. The combined company will own six regulated gas and electric utilities in Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Connecticut. WBZ's Rod Fritz talked with an analyst who thinks everyone will win with this deal, including ratepayers.
