Thrashers Prospect Could Face Jail Time
Thrashers prospect Patrice Cormier is facing criminal charges in addition to his suspension for an elbow to the jaw hit that sent an opposing player into convulsions on the ice. Cormier will appear in court July 12th. If convicted, he could be sentenced to 18 months in jail.
