One of Boston's first romantic spots is its public garden, which also happens to be the first public garden in North America. This place is perfect for romantic evening strolls after a meal, or even for a picnic when the weather is nice. Statues and trees line beautiful paths that open onto a landscape dotted with flowers, shrubberies and water features. Even when the flowers aren't in bloom and there is a chill in the air, this garden is too beautiful to pass up. However, when the flowers are blooming it is even better because couples can take a ride on the Swan Boats, Boston's most beloved place to steal a kiss.
