Steve Seabury is an expert on two things: food and heavy metal music. He has an extensive history in the music industry and now heads his own label called "Giddy Up! Records". You can also catch him on tour with his band Moth Eater. He lives on Long Island, New York, with his wife, Lisa, and their daughter, Emma. His first book, Mosh Potatoes: Recipes, Anecdotes, and Mayhem From the Heavyweights of Heavy Metal was published in November by Atria Books, a division of Simon & Schuster. It features recipes by nearly 150 heavy metal artists, including KISS, Judas Priest, Guns & Roses, Motörhead, Megadeth, Anthrax, Pantera, Hatebreed, Queensryche, Black Label Society, Trans-Siberian Orchestra, and many others. Find out more at MoshPotatoesCookbook.com or on simonandschuster.com. Whether you're in Boston or elsewhere in the country, Steve knows where to go to find great food and the best heavy metal music.

This is a great place to come to on a Monday night for some good grub and great bands. You can always catch a good rock & roll or heavy metal band every Monday. They have a fantastic beer selection and nothing goes better with beer than burgers. They have some of the best burgers in Boston. I would recommend the Charlie's Double Mega Angus Cheese Burger and the Double Bacon Blue Cheese Burger. If you don't start the week here with their live entertainment, never fear--they have plenty of heavy metal thunder in the juke box. Oh yeah, did I mention they have beer fries? Well, I just did, and they rock!!!

You want food, and you want METAL. This is the one place in Boston where you can get both every night of the week. I love the vibe, and I love the people who eat here. If you want loud music and great Middle Eastern food then you've found your home. The Beef Shawarma sandwich and Shrimp Shish Kababs will rock your world. Save room, though, because the Chocolate Baklava will turn your meal to 11. Sit back with a tasty beverage, relax while your food digests, then head right into the Mosh Pit.

I love this place. It simply rocks. A contemporary Heavy Metal Gothic-themed restaurant with stained glass windows complimented with local artists paintings, sculptures and photography. It's the perfect place to chill with your hot wife. They have a stage room that holds a couple hundred people, where you can enjoy your favorite rock bands touring around the country. The bar has a great selection of beers, bourbons, whisky and wine. While at the bar you can eat from the impressive menu. I strongly recommend the Clam Chowder, Pulled Chicken Panini, and of course the Burger. Save room because they have the ultimate Heavy Metal Dessert.....Whisky Apple Bread Pudding.
