As summer ends and the other seasons come to play, we can all enjoy a nice day at the movies. Here are some of the movies that we can sit back, relax and watch in the next couple of months.
The Perfect Guy: Leah thought she had the perfect man in Dave. After breaking up with Dave because he wasn’t ready for more of a commitment, she met Carter. Carter made her friends and family like him with his charm, but one evening he turned into someone Leah didn’t know. Leah fears for her life after things get messed up at work and she runs back to Dave. Carter believes that if he can’t have her no one else can. “The Perfect Guy” is set to hit theaters on September 11.
The Intern: Life after retirement sometimes isn’t what you think it is. Ben decides to take an internship for a fashion site founded by a young hip woman named Jules Ostin. Ben teaches Jules some life lessons she’ll never forget and Jules teaches him social media lessons and about fashion. The two learn from each other despite the age gap. “The Intern” will be in theaters on September 25.
Everest: Based on a true story, several men set out to climb Mt. Everest. While coming back after reaching the summit, a severe snow storm makes its way to them. The men are faced with the challenges of surviving the storm. Will they make it? “Everest” is set to hit theaters on September 18.
The Martian: Astronaut Mark Watney got separated from his crew during a storm on Mars. NASA believes he is dead, but Watney tries to survive with the little supplies he has. After getting in contact with NASA, they find a way to try and bring him home in what might be one of the greatest impossible missions. “The Martian” will be out in theaters on October 2.
Pan: Peter is back like we haven’t seen before. Peter is taken from the world as an orphan and returns to Neverland. While there he discovers that his future as a hero is his destiny. “Pan” is set to hit theaters on October 9.
Steve Jobs: We go back to see how Steve Jobs created the Apple empire. Fans get to see the back story of how Jobs launched products, designed them and became one of the most successful businessman in history. This movie also tells the story of his family life and how one man was able to overcome defeat and become an entrepreneur. “Steve Jobs” is set to hit theaters on October 9.
The Walk: Based upon a true story, Philippe Petit was known to be daring and take risks. Petit came to New York City in 1974 to walk between the World Trade Center towers. He might of faced many battles and doubts, but he wasn’t going to let it stand in the way of one of his biggest challenges. “The Walk” is set to hit theaters on October 9.
Goosebumps: Zack is new to town because his mom just received a job as the new vice principal. He is introduced to the cute neighbor Hannah and her weird dad. While sneaking around his neighbor’s house, Zack and his friend find out that they are in R.L. Stine’s house with all of his “Goosebumps” books. As Zack and his friend drop one of the books they realize that the characters come to life and into their world. Now Zack, Hannah, his friend and R.L. Stine must capture all the characters to bring them back into their stories. “Goosebumps” is set to hit theaters on October 16.
Burnt: Adam was a chef that turned to drugs, which almost ruined not only his career, but his life. He buys a one-way ticket to London after going through treatment and is determined to become a great chef with a restaurant. Although he is faced with trials and tribulations, Adam will not give up on his dreams. “Burnt” is set to hit theaters on October 23.
